Cross Telephone – Cross Telephone Company, a family affiliate of the MBO Corporation, provides telephone service to over 9,200 subscribers in 11 exchanges in eastern Oklahoma. Cross has its own SONET ring serving its independent exchange area. It also operates one CATV system and is involved in the cellular industry.

Additionally, MBO has strategic relationships with other providers on a regional and national basis.
Pottawatomie Telephone Co – Also an Independent Local Exchange Company (ILEC), Pottawatomie Telephone Company serves approximately 2,100 subscribers in five exchanges in central Oklahoma. Pottawatomie has network connectivity to its sister companies and has its own SONET ring serving its independent exchange area. Pottawatomie has ownership interest in the Oklahoma City MSA with Southwestern Bell Wireless and also operates cell sites in the Shawnee area.
