How do I activate Call Forwarding?

To Activate dial 72# – after a four-second pause you’ll hear a second dial tone which is three short bursts of tone followed by a regular dial tone. Dial the telephone number to which your calls are to be forwarded. That telephone will ring, when the party answers, hang up and the service is now activated.  If the called number is busy or doesn’t answer, hang up immediately and repeat steps 1 and 2. When you hear two beeps, followed by a dial tone the service is in effect. No answer is necessary on the second attempt. 
To restore, dial 73#.

How do I use Selective Call Rejection?

This allows you to block calls from up to eight pre-selected numbers. The caller will hear an announcement that the called party is not receiving calls at this time. All other calls will be accepted.  Dial *60, listen to the voice prompt and follow the instructions.

How do I use Anonymous Call Rejection?

This rejects incoming calls from ‘anonymous’ or ‘private’ numbers that have been blocked.  Press *77 to turn on service and *87 to turn off service.  Callers will hear a message that the party they are calling does not accept anonymous calls.

How do I set up Watch TV Everywhere?

To watch TV everywhere, you must register online at  You will need your account number, this should be entered without the leading zeros and the Last Name and First Initial on your account with CimTel.

How much bandwidth / speed do I need?

You need 25 Mbps of internet download speeds to watch video streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, Sling TV, and others on one to two devices. Lower speeds like 10–18 Mbps work for lower-quality video formats like SD (standard definition) for one devices.  The more devices you have the more bandwidth you will need.

Where do I go to pay by bill online?

You can make payment, review bills and report trouble on our Web Self-Care Portal at  To register you will need your full 10 digit account number that can be found on you bill. Then enter your CPNI information as your security code. If you are unable to locate your CPNI information, please call into customer care and we will help you obtain it.
